So I was "tagged" in this little game about two months ago. It has taken me that long to think up 7 facts about myself:
1) I've only had one cavity in my entire life.
2) I'm sad that Foster is starting kindergarten this year, but a part of me is secretly excited for all of the quiet time.
3) I am afraid of the dark and dogs, I also think spiders, all reptiles, bugs, birds, and rodents are foul.
4) I love decorating and become obsessive when I am in the midst of a project.
5) I hate carnival rides and get just sick looking at them.
6) My secret hope while I was growing up was for my parents to be driving me to school and make a "wrong" turn and end up at the airport where we would board a plane and fly to Disneyland. My secret hope was never realized, but a couple of years ago, we surprised our kids with a trip to Disneyland. They didn't know anything was going on until we got to the airport and even then, they just thought we were going to a hotel. It was bliss.
7) There is very little that makes me as happy as having a clean house.

Yay, a new post! :o)
I am sad about kindergarten too. I agree with you about spiders and the clean house!!
We miss you guys!!
You are so funny! I love it! Looking forward to new posts. So, stop cleaning your house, stop decorating and send Foster to school so you can focus on truly important things like e-mail and blogging!! We're getting so excited for your November visit!:)
You do exist! Kindergarten - that seem so long ago for us - how exciting though. Hope all is well.
Jenny, you have another Tanya in your life? I feel so cheated on! Jk - how funny is that?? I love meeting other Tanya's. Is her husband's name Ryan? Do, do, do, do, (twilight zone, you know).
I hate other Courtneys :)
Does this mean that you're going to start posting again? Wouldn't that be WILD?
Oh, I am afraid of dogs too!
I share your feelings about kindergarten, although the first and the last were the hardest of all. The other things about you were quite interesting! Who knew? :)
Tanya: I actually do have another T in my life and... her husband (my brother) is also named...RYAN! Very twilight zone. But I have decided to simplify things in my life and am now going to start calling all the new girls that I meet "Gina" and the new boys "Peter." It's all about streamlining.
Courtney: I, too, am afraid of dogs. Very much. I am surprised that I neglected to put that in. Maya would wet herself in glee if we actually got a puppy, but I would do the same in fear when he got to be big.
Kay: I am recovering now from sending Foster to kindergarten. In fact, I have been out to lunch twice this week, given my house several good cleanings, spruced up my yard, and started a little business of selling my "things" to a boutique here in town. Plus it is such a crack up picking him up from school and hearing his rendition of how the day went.
